Refund & Shipping Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund but we can do exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Ionix eagles’s Furniture follows these guidelines when fulfilling orders. Now that you have decided on your furniture or mattress purchase, getting it home should be easy—at Ionixeagles Furniture, we guarantee it! We offer delivery, pickup, and certain items are eligible for factory-direct shipments. Regardless of your choice, we will make sure it all goes smoothly.

Someone 18 years of age or older must be home to accept delivery. Please remove snow and other obstacles that might hinder our delivery team. Please clear the room(s) in which your new furniture will be placed. Our delivery team cannot move or remove existing furniture. If a delivery requires the removal of a window, please make necessary arrangements when the delivery is scheduled.

Delivery Department at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled delivery if conflicts arise. We will assess a handling fee in addition to the delivery charge if deliveries are  canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled date. The Delivery Department phone number.

Pickup Policy

Below are guidelines to help you schedule the pickup of your merchandise:
We request that you accept delivery of merchandise within 3 days of being notified. If this is inconvenient, please let us know so we can make other arrangements. If we have not heard from you within 3 days, we may unreserve the merchandise being held for you. You must contact our main distribution center at least 72 hours before you intend to pickup your order(s).

This will give us enough time to transfer the merchandise to your pickup location. For security purposes, we photograph license plates and loaded vehicles. We reserve the right to refuse to load merchandise into or onto vehicles that are deemed unsafe for transport. For security purposes, you must notify us before the pickup day if someone other than the person named on the order(s) is picking up on your behalf.

For security purposes, you must present valid drivers’ licenses to pickup orders. We may scan drivers’ license barcodes to validate the back and front of licenses for authenticity.

Factory-Direct Shipments

Certain items are eligible for factory-direct shipments using companies like FedEx and UPS to our local delivery area. See Ionixeagles Delivery Area page for more details.

Sleep Lab Delivery Charge

We charge 2% of the merchandise retail cost and include free removal of old bedding for towns in the immediate area around each store. An additional charge applies for more distant regions. Here are guidelines to make your delivery go smoothly:

Ionixeagles Furniture offers delivery throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and parts of New York and New Jersey. We deliver to specific towns on designated days of the week.



Sorry, we cannot accept telephone orders or layaways for merchandise found in the Colossal Clearance Center. Clearance items must be paid in full (cash, check, credit card) at the time of purchase. We also offer 6 or 12 month financing*. Restrictions apply. See store for details. Merchandise must either be picked up within three (3) days or delivered within ten (3) days from the date of purchase. Please see a sales associate for details.
